Most people think of massages as a luxury and not a necessity, but it can be both. I realized it was a necessity after I injured my shoulder in a forward dislocation through roller blading. At 18 years old, I was told that I had to do intensive physical & massage therapy to help rehabilitate my shoulder to avoid as much long term damage as possible. This accident spiked my curiosity and interest in therapeutic massage. Realizing that good things can come from bad situations, I found my calling. Having the chance to help make someone feel better through touch leaves a lifetime of therapeutic healing.

Going on 11 years experience, mostly working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, not a day goes by that I don't enjoy my career. Building a client/therapist relationship through massage therapy remains very rewarding.  I've had the opportunity to work with post surgery clients including heart, knee, hip, back, shoulder, hand or wrist surgeries or replacements. I will assist you in rehabilitating from a slip and fall, sport or car accident whether you're an adult or child. The process and outcome of therapeutic massage is natural, and an awesome gift to the well being of you. Through combined efforts of you and I, we will reach your goal together.

I'm looking forward to meeting you. Let's share positive energy. Allow me to work healing through touch. Whether it's relaxation, stress, an injury, knots or pain in the butt we need to work through... give massage therapy a chance. Take care of your body, mind and soul.
